Something about me…
When I am inspired, I write about topics of my life in order to fully feel and understand the deep changes I experience. And it is after a while that I realise how the perspective of things change according to my state of mind and heart…I love these discoveries, it is such a good learning process!!

I was born on a little town on the east coast of Spain. The Mediterranean sea  has been such an important factor of my chilhood and I still feel really deeply the peace it transfers me everytime I am nearby. 
I lived abroad for 8 years of my life working on my degree and proffesional career and I learnt so much about myself.

Throughout all my time, it has been many  beautiful people that have taught me so much about this life.  Always kindly touched by the ones that gave me plenty of love, tenderness and care (specially my mum and dad, tete and many other great friends).  And occasionally kindly offered with the tools by the ones that made me process have wide variety of interesting feelings. Thanks to all of them, I became the person I am today.

It was through moments of doubt, anxiety, hesitation and disconcern that  I took a step forward and decided to fall into the unknow to open myself to uncertainity and then break the barriers of my ego to create a whole new world around me.  It is then when I discovered that I was falling into enlightment. I was finding my own truth.

I find myself now in a fine balance between my yoga practices, meditation, job and other hobbies. I obtain a wide variety of experiences opening myself to different worlds discovering how beautifully interconnected they are and how full they make me feel. I love people, listenning, learning and overall experiencing because I think this is what life is all about, A learning process that never ends..and the more I experience, the more fun I have!! It still amazes me to see that despite human differencies, the only thing a human being needs is LOVE and how deeply and effectively it transforms everything.


So, for all this I am thankful to all of you to made me feel aware of my world, my own truth and make this search worthwhile and I am also aware that there is still plenty to do, plenty to live and explore in a constant way to develop, help others and spread love.  The only thing I am aiming for is that there is always some transcendence needed and that the effort is endless.
